Yes. We only sell plots where we hold a registered Mailo or Freehold land title. The title exists before we list the plot for sale.
Depending on the estate location, you will receive either a Mailo land title or a Freehold title. Both are the strongest forms of land ownership in Uganda.
Absolutely. We provide title reference numbers and encourage you to conduct an independent search at the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development before committing.
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and bank transfer (UGX). All payment details are confirmed in writing before any payment is made.
Yes. We offer 6-month and 12-month installment plans on most plots. A deposit is required to reserve your plot, and the balance is paid over the agreed period.
Deposits are non-refundable unless Homescape is unable to complete the transfer for reasons on our side. Full terms are set out in the sale agreement.
Yes — and we strongly encourage it. We arrange free site visits on working days. Contact us to schedule a visit with one of our team members.
We can arrange a virtual site visit via video call, and we provide full photo and video documentation of the specific plot you are considering.
After full payment, we submit all documents to the Ministry of Lands. Title transfer typically takes 4–8 weeks. We keep you updated throughout the process.
You can begin developing your plot once you receive the title deed. We can connect you with approved contractors and architects if needed.
Freehold land has no annual charges. Mailo land traditionally has a nominal ground rent arrangement — we will confirm the specific terms for each estate.
